Allocary Privacy Policy

Allocary ("Allocary," "we," "us") is operated by Odin Integrated Technologies LLC. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your choices. Allocary helps you set aside money by computing allocation amounts and reminding you when to move funds between accounts you own. We never take custody of your funds and never remit payments.

1. Information we access

• QuickBooks Online (QBO) data - with your explicit authorization via Intuit's OAuth 2.0, we read account names, account types, and balances needed to compute your allocations, and (where you enable it) create internal Transfer records between accounts you own.
• Account identifiers - your QBO company (realm) ID and OAuth tokens, stored to maintain your connection.
• Contact data you provide - e.g. email address for reminders and support.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not hold, custody, transmit, or remit your money. All movement is between your own accounts and requires your confirmation.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your QuickBooks data for advertising.
• We do not access QuickBooks data beyond the scopes you authorize (accounting).

3. How we use data

Solely to provide the service: compute set-aside/allocation amounts, generate reminders, and (at your direction) prepare internal transfers between your accounts. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and configuration are stored securely with access controls and encryption in transit (TLS). We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

5. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (e.g. hosting, transactional email) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not otherwise disclose your QuickBooks data.

6. Your choices and disconnect

You can disconnect Allocary from QuickBooks at any time from your dashboard or from within QuickBooks (Apps → Connected apps → Disconnect). On disconnect we stop accessing your QBO data and delete stored OAuth tokens. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

7. Intuit data

Our access to Intuit/QuickBooks data is governed by your authorization and Intuit's terms. We handle Intuit data in accordance with Intuit's developer and data-stewardship requirements.

8. Children

Allocary is a business tool not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
