Allocary Support

Allocary is operated by Odin Integrated Technologies LLC. We're here to help you connect QuickBooks, set up your allocation buckets, and manage reminders.

Getting started

1. Click Connect QuickBooks and authorize Allocary.
2. Pick your Income (deposit-collection) account.
3. Review your allocation split and set your target percentages.
4. On the 10th and 25th, confirm the transfers between your own accounts.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect at any time:

• In Allocary: open your dashboard and click Disconnect, or
• In QuickBooks Online: Apps → Connected apps → Disconnect.

On disconnect, Allocary stops accessing your QuickBooks data and deletes stored connection tokens.

Frequently asked

Does Allocary move or hold my money? No. Allocary computes amounts and reminds you. Any transfer is between accounts you own and requires your confirmation. We never custody or remit funds.

Is this tax advice? No. Allocary provides planning aids only. Verify figures and consult your accountant for tax matters.

What data do you access? Only the QuickBooks accounting data needed to compute allocations. See our Privacy Policy.
